For those involved in dealing with the UK or European water quality or water pollution issues, Shaw and Sons Ltd., Kent, England have recently published \"Water Pollution and Water Quality Law\" by Prof. William Howarth and Donald McGillivary (School of Law, Birkbeck College, University of London).

Prof. Howarth is also the General Editor for the UK based the legal journal, Water Law.
